We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Dunstable a Fleet Compliance Administrator, who can deliver excellent customer service keeping in contact with the Fleet Team, and making sure they are fully compliant when working for the company.

Job Role:

The Fleet Compliance Administrator is responsible for the following day to day tasks:

  • Investigating drivers against work streams, to ensure they are compliant at all times
  • Making sure the Drivers remain compliant (checking Driving Licences, Vehicle Use and Assessments)
  • Taking Driver Care Complaints, and looking after these from start to finish
  • Liaising with Customers and Drivers. Some call may be challenging, so you need to stern when relaying messages
  • Loading and dealing with Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIPs)

Requirements:

  • A full clean driving licence is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Fleet Knowledge - preferable 6 months experience
  • Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook, especially Excel being about to run date for weekly/monthly reports
  • Excellent telephone manner, as sometimes being stern with the drivers, due to the nature of the call, needing to get the right message across
  • Admin experience, such as printing, laminating, scanning, and attention to details when cross checking information.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and to work independently.

The Job:

  • Location : Dunstable
  • Hours of work 9am to 5pm, with 30 minute lunch break, Monday to Friday
  • Temporary to permanent position - will go permanent after three months
  • Salary - £23,000 - £11.79 per hour

A full UK Driving Licence is necessary due to the location and as the role requires driving knowledge/experience.
