Position: Account Executive (Sales)

Salary: Basic up to £23k + commission (OTE up to approx. £45k, then uncapped earnings after reaching that target)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid based, 2 WFH, 3 in office. No flexibility on that

Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Promotion: Actively promote and sell memberships, communicating their value and benefits.
  • Sales: Drive sales of courses, events, and qualification packages by providing comprehensive information.
  • Member Engagement: Engage with existing members to reinforce membership benefits and foster loyalty.
  • Income Maximization: Develop strategies to maximize commercial income and explore new revenue opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential members, and stakeholders.
  • Prospecting: Reach out to existing members to secure event attendance and conduct targeted campaign calls.
  • Promotion of Opportunities: Utilize every interaction to promote membership benefits, training courses, events, and initiatives.

Candidate Specification:

  • Experience in telesales / outbound sales role (minimum 2 years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • GCSE grade C or above in English, Mathematics, and Science or equivalent.
