Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Technical Assistant based in Fleet Administration. This is a fully office based role working full time hours.
The job:
- Admin tasks - answering phone calls and emails, document management, data management, entry and migration
- Finance tasks - raising purchase orders, taking payments, issuing receipts and proof of purchase, updating databases
- Fleet tasks - create and allocate jobs, order parts and services using fleet management systems
The candidate
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Experience in transport/fleet preferred
- Strong IT skills and communication skills
