THE ROLE:
This well-established firm is seeking a forward-thinking Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE to join and take their career to the next level. You will be working alongside a highly driven corporate team that is seeking substantial growth. As a Corporate Solicitor you will be expected to be competent in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals as well as dealing with both UK and international transactions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload from initial instruction right through to completion. Therefore, candidates will be required to have the tenacity to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
