Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) students? We're seeking talented individuals like you to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a traditional classroom setting.
Position Overview:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with SEND in 3-hour blocks.
- Work with students in their homes or neutral settings such as community libraries.
- Blocks with students may vary from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of need.
- Commit to the provided timetable for consistency in student support.
- Students work no more than 15 hours per week.
- Opportunities available for both Primary and Secondary teachers with core subject specialisms.
Requirements:
- QTS and experience working with SEND students.
- Strong communication skills with both students and the organization.
- Flexibility with shorter working days.
- Dedication to providing excellent support and guidance to students.
