The role & duties:
- Overall responsibility of the whole Post Completions department (Leading, mentoring & managing)
- Oversee the post completion process, ensuring all tasks are delivered accurately and continuously evaluating and improving the process t enhance efficiency
- Building and maintaining relationships with; lenders, local authorities and other third parties
- Manage all communications with the Land Registry
- & more when required!
