Delivery Lead Havant or Reading (2 days a week in the office) Contract Inside IR35
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our product lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing a delivery team and ensuring that best practice methodologies are applied to control costs, allocate resources effectively, and achieve key business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operational aspects of delivery teams, ensuring compliance with risk, legal, security, and other regulatory requirements.
- Focus on achieving the product's objectives, key results, and value targets as outlined in the product roadmap.
- Adapt to changing business environments to ensure the product continues to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Architecture Lead to balance business outcomes, technology enablement, and operational requirements on the product roadmap.
You will have:
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of risk, legal, security, and compliance management in an operational context.
- Ability to lead and motivate a delivery team to achieve business outcomes efficiently.
- Experience in the utilities sector, particularly in electricity network/distribution.
- Experience with CRM platform implementations, specifically Oracle CX or similar
