Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our range of airsoft products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right gear and accessories to suit their preferences and budget.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales systems.
- Stay updated on new product releases, promotions, and industry trends to better serve our customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold Nuprol's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for airsoft and a strong knowledge of airsoft gear and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
