Newly Qualified Solicitor - Property Litigation HNW Law Firm, Central London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

A well-known boutique law firm in Central London specialising in Property Litigation, is seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters including:
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Succession
  • Disrepair
  • Boundary disputes
  • Adverse possession
  • Enforcement of leasehold covenants
  • Business lease renewals and dilapidations
  • Service charges and tenancy deposits
  • Collective enfranchisement and lease extensions
  • Applying for injunctions & Rent arrears
  • Assist senior solicitors with complex cases
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties

candidate Requirements:

  • Newly qualified solicitor with a strong academic background
  • Must have 1 Litigation oriented Seat during Training Contract
  • Keen interest in Property Litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
