Our client is an award winner company, working within the built environment. Due to growing business, they are now looking to add a Refurbishments Contract Manager for a project in Brentwood, Essex.
Competative Salary
Monday to Friday - Full Time
_Responsibilities: _
- Experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects
- Experience of working as a Contracts Manager, managing multiple sites to up a value of £10-15 million
- Experience of procurement, including negotiating packages of works with subcontractors and supply chain partners
_Qualifications & Skills: _
- Minimum 5 years experience working for a refurbishment contractor
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Contracts Manager
- Valid driving licence
- Computer literate, using MS Project and Excel trackers
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- SMSTS card
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
- Relevant NVQ desirable
