Are you a dynamic sales development professional with a passion for driving SaaS business growth?

A leading provider of health and safety, service management & workforce management software solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their expanding Warrington based sales team. With a mission to simplify service management for small and medium-sized enterprises, this company is at the forefront of transforming businesses through work flow automation, systems integration, and field service mobility.

In this exciting role, you will engage in cold outreach campaigns to new prospects and carry out prospecting campaigns via cold calls, emails, social media posts and video meetings. You will generate new leads and qualify existing ones, identifying trends from prospective customers to share with the product, marketing, and customer success teams. Working closely with the Sales team, you will refine messaging and targeted outbound strategies, tracking and logging all sales activity in the CRM (HubSpot) and other tools. Your goal will be to achieve or exceed monthly and yearly quotas and KPIs.

We are looking for a proactive individual with 1-2 years of experience in a business development or lead generation / Telesales or Inside sales environment. Native-level English and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in SaaS companies and familiarity with HubSpot are advantageous but not required. You should be a self-starter with a track record of success, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
