Baker Job in Carterton Highlights:

The Baker role requires a passionate baker Ideally with sourdough bread experience. Laminated pastry is an advantage but not essential, as we are looking to grow this side of the business.
- The role requires the Baker's to work alongside the Bakery Team of 8 to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery/production unit. It will be mostly a hands on role, preparing and baking all products in the Unit ready to be transported to our cafes and wholesalers.
- A sound understanding and experience in sourdough and laminated pastry production preferred but not essential.
- Great communication and easy to get along with.
- Have an impeccable attendance record
- A sound work ethic and the ability to train and motivate a team.
