Description
- Credit Controller
- Efficiently manage and protect the sales ledger.
- Ensure prompt payments by establishing strong relationships with clients.
- Minimise bad debts through diligent credit control practices.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on the status of the sales ledger.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
- Continuously improve credit control processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Excel and accounting systems.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
