This client is a leading agency based in the heart of Surrey, well established and rapidly expanding they are now looking for a Web Developer to come on board and join their team.
The role will be responsible for building and maintaining multiple WordPress websites and supporting the Head of Digital with content updates, implementing new page designs, assisting in testing and optimising websites.
The client is also working more regularly on other platforms such as React (Next JS).
Alongside this there is the opportunity to work on full design and build projects from brief to launch and beyond.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years agency experience.
- Strong front-end skills: React, HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript.
- Experienced in responsive web design.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- A learning attitude and desire for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Photoshop and Figma.
- Experience developing WordPress and WooCommerce websites, not drag and drop editors.
Desirable:
- Experience with PHP, Hooks, Actions and Filters.
- Interest in design.
- Familiarity with React Native.
- Experience developing with NPM.
- Experience with Illustrator.
