Are you an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling opportunity?
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Level 3/Higher Level Teaching Assistant to begin a long-term position as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. This is a full time role and you will be expected to complete typical HTLA duties.
You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
- Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
- Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Supervising students during break times and lunch.
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As an agency employed HLTA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
- Strong curriculum knowledge.
- Minimum Level 3 HLTA (or equivalent) qualification.
- Regular assessments of pupils.
- Able to plan and deliver lessons.
