IT Change Manager
Hybrid working 3 days onsite per week in London
A long standing client is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager with extensive knowledge and proven experience of BAU project/change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Required to manage the end to end change process with vendors, 3rd parties and internal team for BAU and production change including CAB, approvals, data capture.
- Manage and work with internal PMO teams to deliver project change activity, including resource and change prioritisation.
- ITSM Change management and process improvement requirements.
- Create MI for change implementation.
- Creation of IT process improvement documentation
