A Social Media Content Creator / Marketing Executive with at least 2-3 years of social media / digital marketing experience is needed to join the team at this fast-growing global online well-being, fertility, and parenting media platform based in Chiswick, West London on a full-time basis.

The company is seeking a talented individual to join them to help elevate and grow their readership across various digital channels through trending, engaging and targeted content creation, as well as managing their client activity and driving marketing campaigns and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be expected to bring innovative marketing ideas and actively grow channels. Creativity, particularly in social media, is crucial-candidates must be able to create compelling video content and effectively grow social media followers.

About the Role

The Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Executive will develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies that engage their target audience and promote their brand and partner brands. This role will require creative storytelling/production, digital marketing skills, and analytical thinking to drive engagement and brand awareness for the best results.

This is a hybrid role with Monday - Thursday in their Chiswick office, and Friday can be remote (work-from-home).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Content types will include graphics, video reel conceptualism/creation newsletter strategy/creation and growth
  • Overseeing website development with an external agency, with an understanding of WordPress to upload content to their website
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and analysing performance metrics
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns with multiple clients at once, promotions, and their campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines
  • Work with interns to conduct research to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for content and engagement strategies that resonate with the target audience
  • Work closely with their editors day-to-day on content planning and strategy
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for social media and marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports to share with management and inform decision-making
  • Foster relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates, effectively managing brand reputation and customer feedback

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, editing tools (e.g., Later), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Experience with Google analytics and video editing

Required Skills:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and client campaigns simultaneously / day-to-day
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Creativity and an eye for social trends / visual storytelling, with experience in social / video editing
  • Strong creative skills in content development are essential, with a focus on expanding and enhancing their digital channels
