Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects, from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with consultancy or client-side exposure
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable
