An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of Project Managers at a leading construction consultancy firm based in Gloucestershire. They are seeking experienced professionals with a passion for delivering high-quality projects and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects, from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with consultancy or client-side exposure
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable
