My client is based in the Surrey area and are currently looking to recruit for an experienced VOC Manager to join their team. Your role will includes:
- Collecting as much data from multiple sources, focused on data relating to the customer experience. The focus is to support their network (across the UK) as well as various business stakeholders to provide them with data and insights.
- Facilitate the creation of insights from CX programs and effectively convey them to key stakeholders, including Board members, business teams, and the retailer network.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytic team to convert the results of their analysis or visualisations into actionable insights that can be utilised by the relevant business area, with an emphasis on enhancing performance and supporting commercial success.

For this role, they are looking for a candidate that has experience in...
- Extensive experience within CX & VOC.
- Highly numerate.
- 5+ years in industry
- Comfortable with everything MS - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Exposure to Power BI.
- Experience with survey building platforms, or mystery shop data, or customer data generation.
- Strong presentation experience - excellent stakeholder management experience
