Sanderson Group is working in partnership with a major C lient in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a HR Support. This role must be via an Umbrella and will be Hybrid - 2 days per week to London or Reading.

Summary:
The individual required to lead and implement in the set-up of a joint venture company as an employing entity, maintaining compliancy with the parent company audit requirements. This will include:
The following are included in the scope of work:
- Creation of a plan to set up an employing entity.
- Setting the conditions for TUPE transfer into the company.
- Market salary benchmarking.
- Create an employee value proposition structure (inc a reward structure).
- Establish a HR services solution (inc payroll and tax, benefits, pension, allowances, reporting, holidays, disciplinary, expenses, employee lifecycle, HRIT etc).
- Create an employee relation model.
- Establish an onboarding, training, learning and development process (inc mandatory trg such as ED&I, IT/cyber training, H&S etc).
- Establish a recruitment process.
- Establish HR policies and procedures (GDPR compliance).
- Employers' liability insurance.
