- Hitting KPI targets
- Dealing with customer queries
- Assisting with the Billing process
- Cash allocation
- Reconciling customer accounts

- Have at least 2-3 years' experience of a Credit Control/ AR focused position
- Be confident hitting targets within a busy and fast-paced working environment
- Have a good basic grasp of accounting
- Be confident in the use of Excel and accounting packages
