Mobile Developer / Technical Support / IOS Developer / Technical Support Specialist
We're looking for a Junior Mobile Developer / Technical Support Specialist to assist the Technical Program Manager team with program implementation and provide issuer technical support for Apple Pay features. This role demands active collaboration with internal teams and coordinating support for partners in the payments ecosystem.
In this role, you will be able to gain deep technical know-how of the Apple Wallet platform while working on industry leading use cases like Apple Pay, Tap to Pay on iPhone, etc. The role can help you develop a structured approach and technical expertise to address inquiries from financial institutions and industry partners, by utilising a variety of internal tools and guidance from senior team members.
Basic knowledge of iOS app development & software development with swift or objective-c language is good to have. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dedicated to providing exceptional technical support to our partners (issues identification and resolution), and committed to continuous learning about new features, and/or processes to solve customer problems and/or help our team to scale even further . Effective communication with internal teams is essential.
