Job Opportunity: Intermediate Level Gate Automation Service Engineer:

THE ROLE IS PAYING UP TO £42K BASIC SALARY, ALL TRAVEL IS PAID DOOR TO DOOR - COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED!!
A great long-standing client of mine is looking for an experienced Electronic Gate Engineer to carry out service, maintenance, repair, and small works on electronic gates, bollards, and barriers within the Local Authority arena.
Location: London and the Home Counties/M25 (Preferably Northern London/Northern Home Counties)
Coverage Area: From Reading to the North of M25 towards Essex.
Salary and package on offer as my client's new Gate Automation Service Engineer:
- Up to £40k (depending on experience and skills)
- Potential to stretch to £42/44k for exceptional candidates
- Travel: Paid from door to door.
Working Hours: 08:30 to 17:30
As my clients new Gate Automation Engineer you will be carrying out the following duties:
- Service, Maintenance, Repair, and Small works on Electronic Gates, Bollards, and Barriers.
- Operating within the Local Authority arena.
Emergency On-Call Rota:
- Call out: 1 weekend in 3
- £65 standby for Saturday, £75 for Sunday
- Additional pay per call-out on top of the standby rate
- Call-outs are rare
About You:
- Experienced Gate Automation Engineer
- DHF Diploma or Gate Safe certified
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Welding and electrical experience
- Experience with FAAC and BFT systems is advantageous
