We are seeking enthusiastic Primary School Supply Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our flexible team. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking for day-to-day or ad-hoc supply work across a variety of schools and settings in Doncaster and surrounding area. With a range of year groups available, you can expect a diverse and rewarding teaching experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across different primary year groups.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit various learning environments and student needs.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Providing feedback on student performance to permanent staff.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and following school policies.
- Being prepared to work in different schools, sometimes at short notice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Flexibility to work with different year groups and school settings.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
