IT Support Engineer- York
This is a IT Support Engineer role which is requiring skills such as; Active Directory, Office 265 and strong communication skills is required by a leading Leisure company who are based across mostly Yorkshire.

- The ability to learn in-house systems and explain them to other people
The main duties and responsibilities of the role is to communicate effectively to the 2nd Line Engineers and explain how the in-house systems work to other people. In addition, you will be receiving, and logging calls on behalf of other colleagues and act proactively with them. Also, you will be managing incidents, requests and problems which arise and maintaining any incidents, requests and problems.
This role also requires a Full UK Drivers Lincese as there may be trvael to different sites, fuel and hire car is all provided for yourself.
The salary for this role is up to starting salary of up to £24,000 which includes a pension scheme as well with the chance of progression within the company!
