What will you be doing?
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer with us you will be responsible for providing our clients with technical issues and queries. You will have a varied role supporting Windows infrastructure and Network queries. Working independently and on projects there will always be something to keep you busy and developing your skillset.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience working in a 2nd Line Support or similar role.
- A high level understanding of the Windows Technology Stack.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to a high standard.
- Understanding of Networks - Routers, Switches and WiFi Access Points.
