Minute Taker required to work on an initial temporary period for our established client, in what will potentially become a permanent position for the right candidate. 37 hours a week Monday - Friday with an annual salary of up to £24,000.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week spent in the Southend office, and 3 days working from home.
Duties:
- Typing minutes from meetings and TEAMS recordings
- Liaising with Directors to ensure minutes are circulated in a timely and efficient manner
- Draft and circulate agenda templates in preparation for meetings
- Ability to understand what information needs minute transcribing
- To provide additional administrative support once settled in the role

Experience required:
- Minute transcribing, minute taking, minute taker
- Experienced in formatting Word documents and editing tables
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
