We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the Accounts team as an Accountants Administrator . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration and the role is for a fixed term covering maternity leave for a minimum of 12 months with a potential to be permanent.

Description
- Asset management and reports in Excel i.e pivot tables
- Prepayments and accruals
- Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs
- Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials
- Creation of stock reports and analysis
- Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report
- Liaise between other internal teams within the business
Profile
- Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
- Experience in administrative finance
- Attention to detail.
- Strong and confident in communication
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
- Reliable and professional in dealing with internal and external customers.
