Trainee Insurance Advisor

Starting salary Range: £24,100 - £27,100
Target Start Date: Monday 29th July / Hybrid working option / multiple positions available

We are looking for resilient, adaptable and motivated individuals who have a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills. If you are naturally inquisitive and enjoy problem solving, with an ability to multitask, then this is the environment for you!
What will you be doing:
- You will be dealing with customers who are looking to make a claim, mostly via the telephone and email. You will be as friendly and professional as possible
- You will ensure that claims are handled in the correct manner. You will be trained to have the knowledge, skills and experience to deal with all enquiries effectively
- Ensure all supporting administrative tasks are completed
Experience required:
- Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and persuade others to your way of thinking.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Experience delivering customer service
- Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change and teamwork.
- Minimum C Grade in Maths and English - or equivalent
