What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?
- Producing monthly management accounts.
- Ensuring timely and accurate project profitability and management information reports.
- Preparing financial planning and analysis, including KPI management.
- Managing cash flow and performing reconciliations.
- Developing accounting and management information systems and reports.
- Assisting with month-end processes, including balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day accounting processes and supporting team development.
Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:
- Qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in monthly management accounts.
- Strong experience in budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills and experience with Xero preferred.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work well with senior management.
- Capable of managing workload and priorities to meet key deadlines.
- Ability to influence decision-making through clear financial presentation.
