Warehouse Operatives Required
Rapier Employment Ltd is currently hiring Warehouse Operatives for our client in Brackmills, Northampton.
Pay: £11.44 - £14.44
Choose from the following shifts:
Shifts & Pay:
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday (alternating).
Pay: £11.44 per hour (Overtime: £17.16)
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Any 5/7 days. Rotating between Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday during peak periods.
Pay: £11.44 per hour (Overtime: £17.16)
- Night Shift: 20:00 – 06:00, Monday to Thursday. 40 hours/week before break.
Pay: £14.44 per hour (Overtime: £21.66)
Requirements for Warehouse Operatives:
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience is desirable.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely and efficiently.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime during peak periods.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management tasks.
- Safety Awareness: Adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Desirable:
- Forklift license or similar certification.
