Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to join our team at NextGen Teachers. The role involves supporting children with special educational needs, including those with autism, in an educational setting, across a range of Primary age groups.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to children with special educational needs, working closely with individuals on the autism spectrum, adapting teaching methods to suit their needs
- Assist in educating and communicating effectively with children who require additional support
Implement special education strategies to cater to the diverse needs of students
Requirements
- Experience working with children, particularly in a special education setting
