This position calls for a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to working alongside the Recruitment Consultants to ensure clients and candidates are provided a high quality recruitment process.

Description

  • Support the team in delivering a premium service to clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage hiring documentation.
  • Maintain an accurate database of candidates and clients.
  • Assist in the creation of job ads and other recruitment materials.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold professional standards.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and databases
  • Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
