Patient Services Officer

Key duties:

To provide advise and support on how to raise a complaint
Reslove any complaints in a quick manner
To be able to go through the complaints process, when investigating the issue as well as lisaing with the Patient Services Manager
Arrange and attend both meetings and hearings, to also provide and create cases
Responsible for data entry- ensuring all information was updated
Maintain and update all recrods on the database
To be able to manage a large amount of complaints in a professional manner
To be able to draft and send responses regarding complaints
To have Information Management Skills
