HR Administrator Salary: £23,400 Location: Leeds City Centre - hybrid working options (2 days in the office/ 3 days from home), Hours: 9.00-5.00pm Monday to Friday Excellent benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, discretionary bonus, health cash plan, buy/sell annual leave, discount vouchers etc.

Our client is an international consulting firm and they are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team in Leeds. The role will sit within the wider HR team and involve providing general HR administration duties such as coordinating internal training, managing and updating HR records, pulling together HR reporting, responding to requests for work experience placements and reference requests, updating sickness and annual leave records and general administration duties.

We are looking for someone with previous administration experience, good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first step on the ladder in an HR career or someone with previous administration experience looking for a busy and varied administration role.

Duties include:

  • Coordinating training events, sending invitations, managing attendees, supporting on the day and managing training feedback.
  • Booking training courses with external training providers and raising purchase orders
  • Inputting HR data onto systems and updating HR records
  • Managing and updating sickness and annual leave records
  • Responding to work experience requests
  • Managing requests for references
  • Creating and manipulating reports using Excel
  • Producing written communications for the HR team
  • General administration duties

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous administration experience
  • HR administration experience an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good written English
  • Strong attention to detail
