Interim Accounts Payable Officer

Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Accounts Payable Officer on an initial three-month contract. The head office is based in South London, however, are offering a hybrid or fully remote working pattern.

The Interim Accounts Payable Officer's key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing, allocating and chasing for approval on invoices.
  • Maintaining the Accounts Payable inbox and answering all queries.
  • Amending the invoices that have been submitted without PO numbers.
  • Support on the payment runs.

The Interim Accounts Payable Officer will have:

  • Experience working in an Accounts Payable department, with a solid understanding of the invoicing cycle.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – being able to answer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience using numerous ERP systems and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic formulas.
