Technology Project Manager
Salary- £90K-£110K
Location: London
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Project Manager to oversee our Technology Project Portfolio. The successful candidate will manage strategic Technology Projects, develop and maintain project governance and reporting mechanisms, and ensure a balanced focus on project governance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a project framework suitable for the organization.
- Oversee the Technology Project portfolio and provide regular updates to Technology Management.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Manage key projects and collaborate with Technology Risk to ensure risk reduction.
- Aid in the maturation of Technology processes.
- Instill a culture of thorough testing and effective project transition to technology operations.
- Assist in achieving organizational objectives related to efficiencies and automation.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing and delivering Technology projects.
- Knowledge of various project delivery methodologies across diverse technologies.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
- Stakeholder management within and outside of Technology.
- Expertise in portfolio management and establishing governance frameworks.
- Independent approach with minimal supervision.
- Work experience in a multinational context with remote stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree (required).
