Are you a highly organised and passionate office manager looking for an opportunity to be a part of a warm and welcoming environment?

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Office Manager to empower the team and ensure exceptional support for both colleagues and customers at our Moreton-in-Marsh office.

As an office manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain a friendly and positive environment throughout the office.
  • Keeping company policies and procedures up to date.
  • Managing basic updates to the company website and social media platforms and supporting management with IT.
  • Liaising with the HR company
  • Resolving customer concerns with a focus on positive outcomes

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in an office manager role or similar
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining accurate company information, contracts, and business terms and conditions
  • Ability to prioritise tasks with high attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer proficiency
