Sales Administrator responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls and emails
- Processing all UK and Export orders
- Processing shipments which include producing customs and shipping documents
- Progressing deliveries with parcel and pallet carriers
- Managing stock in terms of back orders and split deliveries and communicating with customers to advise status of their order
- Liaising with internal departments regarding lead times
- Running reports and updating spreadsheets
- Maintaining documents and records, updating and filing as required
- Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
Key Requirements and Preferences:
- Ideally you will have experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to keep calm under pressure
- IT proficient
- Excellent telephone manner
- Results driven
- Confident and enthusiastic
