Our client, a prestigious investment management firm, is seeking a Programme Coordinator for a 24-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects driving growth and efficiency across diverse teams and regions. With responsibilities spanning project management, change management, PMO, and business analysis, you'll work closely with senior team members on a variety of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project management, change management, and business analysis activities
  • Organise schedules, facilitate communication, and track project health
  • Produce high-quality presentations, communication materials, and data visualisations
  • Provide status updates, prepare steering committee papers, and maintain risk logs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless execution of projects

Skillset and Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within financial services or a corporate environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
