The Role:
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diverse client projects and nurturing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking research, consultancy, training, and networking activities as required.
- Providing technical expertise in finance, including accounting processes and systems.
- Collaborating effectively within mixed teams of professionals.
- Offering financial advice across various domains like management accounting, business partnering, and investment appraisal.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in finance within the public sector.
- Strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with finance systems.
- Proven success in teamwork and client service delivery.
- Experience in developing and delivering client-focused services in a consultancy environment is a plus.
- Collaborative, professional, and focused.
- Innovative problem solver with a creative mindset.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to learn and progress.
- Highly resilient with a strong customer service ethos.
