SME Finance Manager / Bookkeeper (would consider a Senior finance assistant Tattenhall up to 35k 9 to 5 office based
Company Information
You will be working for SME business that other a niche product within there industry. Recently relocated to Tattenhall due to expansion, they are looking for a SME Finance Manager to be part of the company.
Main duties
- Use Xero to work on the both the sales & purchase ledger, chase debt, deal with queries and complete bank reconciliation, keeping errors to a minimum at all times
- Month end process including journals, depreciation, asset register, prepayments & accruals
- Process payroll monthly using Xero and action P11D
- Calculate VAT and PAYE ensuring that payments are made on time
- Monthly sales meetings, discussing companies sales performance and overheads
- Whilst working in a small business, I have been able to adapt to the business needs and pick up any
- general office activities including staff holidays, van leases, insurance requirements, staff expenses & pensions
