Senior Town Planner

My client is a UK leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy whose Bristol based team is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Town Planner.
You will be working on an array of diverse projects in residential, commercial, and leisure schemes, and the role will involve providing top-rate planning advice and guidance to various clients in a range of sectors in relation to all aspects of planning.
The successful candidate will prepare, evaluate, and submit complex planning applications and appeals, both small and large scale, and will consult with local authorities, landowners and developers.

Candidate Requirements:
- Hold an RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field of study.
- Chartered member of the RTPI or working towards it.
- Good knowledge and experience in Planning Practice, with strong knowledge of the UK Planning system.
- Excellent report writing, and verbal and written communication skills.
