Recruitment Assistant

Leading US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis. This role will be part of a sociable, friendly team who believe in flexibility and exposure within a role.

  • Salary to £35,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Involved varied role working with senior firm members from day one.

Recruitment Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of recruitment
  • Provide support to the Director of Recruitment and Office/HR Managers with recruitment processes
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of recruitment databases (LawCruit and Workday) in accordance with GDPR
  • Track candidate metrics and perform statistical analysis
  • Track recruitment expenditure in line with the annual budget and reforecasts.
  • Coordinate the annual refresh of recruitment brochures

Recruitment Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 year+ recruitment experience within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
