The Role:
I am hiring for a Senior Paid Search Specialist for an independent digital marketing agency based in central London.
As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will take full ownership of Paid Search campaigns and be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, from activation to optimisation and strategy, through to reporting and post-campaign analysis.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of paid search campaigns and work alongside a talented and close-knit team specialising in Paid Social, SEO, content, and design to create cohesive digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and gain insights.
- Perform keyword research and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search with overall digital marketing efforts.
- Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and ROI optimisation.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record in bid management, keyword optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience of Paid Social and an understanding of how SEO principles integrates with Paid Search is a bonus.
