We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our client's team in West London. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for supporting learners with diverse needs.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide tailored support to students ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teachers to understand the educational needs and learning goals of each student.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Facilitate inclusive learning environments that cater to a range of learning styles and needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
  • Encourage students to engage in learning activities and promote independence.
  • Support students with their English and Maths skills to enhance their literacy and numeracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Level 3 in English and Maths - GCSE Level Equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards inclusive education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
