As a Family Solicitor and Head of Department you will be looking to work with the rest of team to expand the business, recruit and develop younger members to the team, not just someone who wants to work the files. Needs to be someone who is interested in the business as a whole, happy to network, and have the values of giving back".
Ideal candidates will have experience with blue chip firms, experience of very high net worth clients, complex finances, multiple abodes, international, children etc.
Ideally someone who is happy to come into the office so we can build a proper team.
