Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings with potential and current clients to pinpoint their hiring requirements.
  • Strengthen bonds with existing clients to uncover additional business avenues.
  • Employ diverse strategies to find candidates that align with client needs.
  • Craft compelling job postings to attract top-tier talent.
  • Interview candidates and prime them for client meetings.
  • Mediate offer discussions to finalise successful candidate placements.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • A track record in recruitment or related fields with a focus on business growth and client relations.
