Business Support/Recruitment Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support/Recruitment Officer to join my client, who is based in Hethel on a 6 month FTC - starting no later than 4th November. This is a full time role, working in the office Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Due to location, transport is essential.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with all the administration around recruitment and selection
  • Liaising with agencies and managing expectations
  • Internally dealing with vacancy holders
  • Arranging Interviews/sending out offers letters
  • Liaising with Universities
  • Inputting HR details onto CRM system
  • Keeping sickness records up to date
  • Organising CEO travel
  • Review CEO inbox and calendar
  • Administration tasks around purchasing and marketing

This is a lovely role for someone who has a proven track record working in a similar setting, who is bright, energetic, is well organised and able to work on own initiative.
