Interim HR Manager

We are working in partnership with a large nationwide employer on their appointment of an HR Manager to join the team on a fixed term basis of 18 months. This is a regional role so will see you travel to sites based along the thread of the Thames but working in a hybrid model means that travel will not be excessive.

Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, you will have responsibility for stakeholder management across a number of areas of the business.

As HR Manager you will support and guide the leadership team across 3 main areas:

  • Performance: Drive organisational effectiveness through design, efficiency and mitigation of risk
  • Capability: Identify the skills that are essential to the success of the organisation and invest in developing them
  • Culture: Create an inclusive environment that attracts, retains and motivates talent

The role of HR Manager attracts a competitive salary of £45-65K plus the additional benefits:
